🚀 Purchase & Delivery Terms

  1. Order Confirmation: Payment confirms order instantly with order number displayed. Verify recipient details—customer responsible for errors.

  2. Delivery Scope:

    • Hong Kong Island/Kowloon/New Territories (2-3 days)

    • Greater Bay Area: SF Express COD (~HK$30-50)

    • Overseas: Contact support at WhatsApp: +852 8434 9094.

  3. Physical Cards: No returns once sold.

  4. Damaged/Wrong Items: Provide photos as proof, contact support for free replacement.

  5. All orders shipped via SF Express with tracking number provided.

📱 SIM Activation & Usage Terms

  1. Activation: Insert card upon arrival at destination. Enable "Data Roaming" on phone for auto-connection (some models require APN settings due to compatibility).

  2. Validity: Days calculated by Hong Kong time 00:00-23:59. Less than 24hrs counts as 1 day (hourly plans excluded).

  3. Activation Deadline: Use before expiry date on package back. Expired cards void.

  4. Country-Specific: Only valid in listed countries/durations on package.

  5. Network: 5G coverage varies by region. Falls back to 4G LTE/4G/3G if 5G unavailable. Supports 5G/4G/LTE/3G (operator dependent).

  6. No hotspot sharing (tethering) supported.

  7. Device Check: Confirm destination country's network bands match your phone and comply with local laws. We accept no liability for device incompatibility (unsupported bands, carrier blocks). Contact manufacturer/local carrier pre-purchase.

  8. Coverage: 200+ countries (see website map). Remote areas may have weak signal.

  9. Fair Usage: Local carriers may throttle speeds or suspend service for abnormal/high usage including hotspot sharing to protect network quality.

⚠️ Restrictions & Prohibitions

  • Prohibited: Illegal downloads, VPN servers, commercial hotspots. Violations result in service termination without refund or notice.

  • Non-Usage Scenarios:

    • Phone locked or data roaming disabled

    • Carrier maintenance/natural disasters

    • Outside coverage (military zones, subways)

💰 After-Sales & Compensation

Contact support while abroad for issues—post-return exchanges not accepted.
Faulty Cards: Try local Wi-Fi first, then WhatsApp support immediately.

Refund Process (unused cards only):

  1. Provide order number to support

  2. Return SIM (customer pays shipping)

  3. Verified refunds processed to original payment in 5-7 business days

Liability: Rabbit SIM not responsible for data loss, missed flights, or indirect damages. Maximum compensation = purchase amount.
Governing Law: Hong Kong law. Disputes via Hong Kong Small Claims Tribunal.
